Rotifers are microscopic aquatic animals. Animals in the Phyla Rotifera are bilaterally symmetrical. Both sexual and asexual reproduction occur in Rotifers. Psuedocoelmate is when an invertebrate has a fluid filled cavity and is not lined with mesoderm tissue. I find it interesting that an organism can have a fluid filled cavity and still be able to perform the same types of processes us humans do.
